  3. Shipping the Product:
    • Pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.
    • Ship the product to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error by ITCOMPUTERS.in.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
